Kitchenette

The main kitchenette is located in the north wing, and features a coffee and tea station, sink, ice machine, and fridge. Perfect for self catered events, the kitchenette is available for use with every event rental.

Atrium

A favorite of buffet style caterers due to its spacious design and large windows, the atrium can be reserved on a first-come-first serve basis with no additional charge.

Lobby

Reception desks are conveniently located at the main entrances of both the north and south wings. Perfect for check in or ticket sales; the reception desks can be reserved on a first-come-first serve basis at no additional charge.

Catering and Alcohol

The Talbott Event Center allows guests the freedom of self catering, and offers accommodations in order to ensure your catering experience is stress-free as well as delicious! We offer use of our kitchenette, featuring a coffee and tea station, sink, ice machine, and fridge, with every rental. For a list of recommended caterers, please contact the Event Center Coordinator.

Alcoholic beverages are welcome at evening and weekend events. A Banquet Permit or Special Occasion License and insurance coverage is required for all private functions where liquor is served, and the function cannot not be open to the general public.
